1. Birmingham Rental Agreement

If there is any conflict between these Terms and the Rental Agreement, the Rental Agreement will prevail.

To rent a vehicle in Birmingham, you must:

Full payment and a security deposit are usually due at vehicle collection. All prices are in British Pounds (£) and include VAT where applicable.

8. Limitation of Liability — Birmingham

To the maximum extent permitted by English and Welsh law, Birmingham Vehicle Hire Services will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for loss of profits, data or business, arising from your use of our services. Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid for the relevant services in the twelve months immediately before the claim.

These Terms are governed by English and Welsh law. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Birmingham, England.
