7. Restricted Activities
Prohibited Vehicle Uses
- The vehicle must not be used for illegal activities, including racing or off-roading. Transporting hazardous materials or sub-letting to others is prohibited. Driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs is strictly forbidden. The vehicle should only be used for its intended purpose, adhering to passenger and weight limits. Additionally, driving outside the agreed geographical area requires prior authorization.
Breach of these terms may lead to rental termination and extra fees.
Liability Limitations
To the fullest extent allowed by English and Welsh law, Car Hire Birmingham will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including loss of profits, data, or business resulting from your use of our services. Our total liability for any claims will not exceed the rental amount paid in the prior 12 months. This limitation does not apply to liability for death or personal injury due to negligence or fraud.
